   The Note tag should also do the duty of footnote and endnote. If cited in a list at the bottom of the page, it is a footnote.  If listed at the end of the document, it is an end note. Notes should then have path keys, so that footnotes and endnotes etc. can have order.

+  Should add a nestable scoped section tag, with a counter pre-fix. Since we have the nifty counters, and phased execution now.

+  An what about the capital 'Count' and 'Note', and keys that are in places space separated paths, and in other places dot separated paths. We need to set a convention and apply it uniformly.
